In "Hair of the Dog", defense attorney Alex Blakely (Christopher Weir) wakes up one morning with a hangover from hell and the very words on his lips that scare even the most hardened of souls: What happened last night? With a black eye, a dim recollection of a mysterious woman (Doris Dany) and a blood-stained knife on the front seat of his car, Alex struggles to piece together a growing list of unsettling clues. The guiding light on his dark journey to find the truth is an unlikely candidate, his born-again, bible-thumping neighbor Martha (Melanie Brown). The first stop on their quest is the estate of infamous adult film producer Trevor Larkin (John Dylan Howard.) Alex partied at a decadent drug and booze-filled bash at Trevors mansion last night and by re-visiting the scene of the crime, Alex hopes to find the hair of the dog that bit him. But sifting through the after-party remnants only raises more disturbing clues: a run-in with an aspiring porn starlet (Mia Troche), questionable movie-making practices and a partial fingerprint. As Alex waits for the results of the fingerprint, the FBI (Steve Deighan, Tyler Evans) pays a visit to Trevor Larkins estate with some very bad news: Alex is in grave danger. As the truth rears its ugly head, they race against the clock to stop an unstoppable force. But who will survive? And what will be left of them?
